• What is BOUNZ Rewards?

  BOUNZ is a rewards loyalty programme with retail partners in all industries. Customers are encouraged to join the programme and earn BOUNZ on all of their purchases. Members can spend and redeem their BOUNZ points anywhere within the partner network and receive immediate rewards. Get BOUNZ App for more frequent updates and offers

• Can I make a purchase using BOUNZ Rewards?

  Yes, you can use BOUNZ as a part or full redemption towards your purchases at our partner locations as well as in the BOUNZ app.

• My BOUNZ Transactions was not updated.

  When you earn or redeem BOUNZ, your balance is usually updated within 48 hours. Depending on the return policy, this could take up to 60 days with some partners. If your balance does not update within 60 days, please contact our helpdesk at 04-506 5353.

• When does my BOUNZ expire?

  BOUNZ points will expire within 24 months from date of issuance into your account.

• How do I register for BOUNZ?

  The BOUNZ app is available for download from the iOS App and Play Stores. You will be guided through the registration process once you have downloaded the App. You can also join BOUNZ by registering your mobile phone with a few of our partners at the time of purchase. You will receive an SMS with instructions on how to install the BOUNZ app and complete your registration.

• How do I redeem my BOUNZ?

  BOUNZ can be redeemed in different ways:

  1. By scanning your barcode at checkout
  2. By showing the cashier your BOUNZ app after which they will enter a points redemption PIN code
  3. Or when you checkout on partner websites through the app

• Do I collect BOUNZ when I make a purchase redeeming BOUNZ?

  You will earn BOUNZ only when you make a part redemption. BOUNZ will be accrued on the value paid by cash. No BOUNZ will be earned on full redemptions.

• I forgot to claim my BOUNZ at checkout.

  If you forgot to give your mobile number to the cashier, you can still claim your BOUNZ by sending us an email to support@BOUNZ.ae  attaching a copy of your receipt within 48 hours of transaction date. This will be subject to the respective partner terms & conditions.

• BOUNZ redemption value may differ at different partners.
• This promotion is valid from July 22nd until August 20th, 2022.
• To be eligible for participation in the weekly draw, customers must download the BOUNZ Rewards Mobile Application.
• 10 lucky winners will win 100,000 BOUNZ. 10 winners will be credited with BOUNZ at the end of the campaign. If the Winner is not a registered BOUNZ member the winner will forfeit their prize and the next winner will be selected.
• Campaign ends on August 20th, 2022.
• Draw date September 12th, 2022.
• Draw date and time are subject to change with or without notice.
• The winners will be notified on the mobile number provided by them upon registration on the BOUNZ App.
• The prizes will be in the form of BOUNZ Rewards.
• In case a fraudulent transaction is suspected, City Points Pvt Ltd, reserves the right to deny a winner of their prize.
• The decision of City Points Pvt Ltd on all aspects will be final and binding. No queries or claims will be entertained.
• Purchases made with gift vouchers and/or online transactions at Choithrams.com, joyalukkas.com, etc. are excluded from this promotion.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
